The Brief
Waterdrill Australia needed a full Integrated Management System certified to ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety), ISO 9001 (Quality) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) — built specifically around remote drilling operations on Great Artesian Basin bores in Western Queensland.
The work covers just about every hazard you can imagine: drilling operations, lifting, heavy vehicle transport, traffic management and extended rotations in extremely remote, harsh conditions. On top of that, their clients are high-spec — the documentation had to stand up to serious scrutiny while still being practical for crews working hundreds of kilometres from the nearest town.
