The Brief
Industec needed a full Integrated Management System certified to ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety), ISO 9001 (Quality) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) — robust enough to satisfy the pre-mobilisation requirements of power plant operators and other highly regulated clients across multiple Australian states.
Their day-to-day work is genuinely high-risk: confined space entry into baghouses and ducting, working at heights on elevated plant, dust exposure, and high-risk construction activities. The documentation set had to reflect that reality and stand up to the very detailed scrutiny their end clients apply before anyone is allowed on site.

The Outcome
From kick-off to certification took approximately two months — reflecting the depth of permit, rescue and project documentation required for high-risk work in highly regulated environments. Industec achieved independent third-party certification to ISO 45001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 as a single Integrated Management System.
The result is a documentation set their team can hand straight to power plant operators and other end clients during pre-mobilisation, and continue to use day-to-day on site across multiple jurisdictions.
