The Brief
Gryphon Scaffolding needed a full Integrated Management System certified to ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety), ISO 9001 (Quality) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) — and they needed it on a tight, roughly six-week turnaround.
The work is genuinely high-risk: scaffold erection, alteration and dismantling on multi-storey high-rise and commercial sites, with demanding head contractors expecting to see proper systems in place before mobilisation. At the same time, the documentation had to be simple and usable for a diverse, on-site workforce — not a binder of policies that nobody opens.
