G2 Netting Group designs, manufactures and installs flexible crop netting systems for Australian growers — protecting orchards and vineyards from hail, wind, sun and birds across citrus, stonefruit, berries, grapes and more. The Brief
G2 needed a full ISO 45001-certified Work Health & Safety management system that genuinely fit a ~100-person operation spanning design, manufacturing and national on-farm installation — not a generic template bolted onto the business.
The system had to integrate with their existing AgSafe app so pre-starts, inspections, hazard reports and toolbox records kept flowing through tools the crew already used. It also had to address the realities of remote field work: crews travelling long distances to orchards and vineyards, lone and remote work, journey management, vehicle and fatigue controls, and clear emergency response when help is hours away.

Site-specific risk assessment, environmental awareness, biosecurity and client interface procedures so installation crews can mobilise to orchards and vineyards anywhere in the country with consistent WHS controls in place.
Risk, Hazard & Incident Management
A practical risk register, hazard reporting workflow and incident investigation procedure aligned to ISO 45001 — backed into the AgSafe app so reporting and corrective actions are tracked, not lost in paperwork.
Audit-Ready Documentation
All supporting records — management review, internal audit, consultation, training, contractor management and continual improvement — structured for a clean third-party ISO 45001 certification audit by a JAS-ANZ accredited body.
The Outcome
G2 Netting Group achieved third-party ISO 45001 certification of their WHS management system through a JAS-ANZ accredited certification body, delivered over a ~12-week implementation window across design, manufacturing and national field operations.
The system runs through tools the crew already use — AgSafe app for pre-starts, inspections and hazard reporting — and wraps a credible remote work and journey management framework around the install teams travelling to orchards and vineyards across the country. Audit-ready, but practical enough to actually live in the business.
