EVLTN needed a Work Health & Safety management system robust enough to support their Queensland demolition licence application and stand up to an independent exemplar audit against ISO 45001 — without burying their crew in paperwork they'd never realistically use on site.
The system had to genuinely reflect their work across both demolition and civil construction: mobile plant, traffic management, silica, working at heights, manual handling and subcontractor coordination. The same level of system rigour you'd expect from a full ISO 45001 implementation — turned around quickly to keep the licence pathway moving.

About exemplar certification
An exemplar certification is an independent audit of a management system against ISO-style requirements, typically used to support licensing or pre-qualification. In EVLTN's case, the exemplar audit was specifically against ISO 45001 (the WHS management system standard) to support their Queensland demolition licence application. The system we build and the implementation work are the same as for a full ISO certification; the difference is the audit pathway. Exemplar certification is not third-party ISO certification by a JAS-ANZ accredited certification body.
